After learning that a dollar stays in the Asian Community for a month, Jewish Community for 20 days, Caucasian Community for 17 days, and African American Community only for 6 hours; I realized other groups of people are doing some things in their communities we aren’t in our own, like: providing services of need for people in their community; supporting each other businesses by becoming continuous customers within their community, sustaining jobs that benefit them culturally to maintain their community heritage; and the succession of passing down the family business and/or also providing a member of their society (culture) with an opportunity to serve people of its own community.
Just as our ancestors had the challenge of being brought to a British Colony and made to adjust for survival, success, and setting-up a sustainable quality of life for future generations; we’re to make adjustments which allows us to serve, support, sustain, and have succession maintaining outcomes that continues to build & better Black Communities.
In order to become a “Modern Day Change Agent” and not a finger pointing blame agent, we must be educated in various genre’s to radiate ”Black People Success” all over the world.
